La presentacion tiene por objeto estimar los requerimientos de logistica,recursos materiales y humanos asociados a un escenario hipotetico probable de produccion de gas y petroleo,durante el periodo 2015-2030 en el reservorio de Vaca Muerta,en la Provincia del Neuquen.

The presentation aims to estimate the requirements of logistics, material and human resources associated with a probable hypothetical scenario of oil and gas production during the period 2015-2030 in the Vaca Muerta reservoir, in the Province of Neuquen


Oscar Vignart: Chemical Engineer graduated from the National University of La Plata. He joined THE DOW CHEMICAL CO. in 1967, where he served until his retirement in 2006 as President of DOW CHEMICAL ARGENTINA and DOW CHEMICAL de CHILE . He held various positions and recognitions, such as: Director of IDEA, president of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States in Argentina in two different periods (1993/1994 and 2004/2005). President of the Chamber of Chemical and Petrochemical Industry for two different periods.  Member of the Executive Committee of the Union Industrial Argentina Industrial Union.
Awards: Among others received the KONEX 2008. Merit Diploma, Category: business leaders of the last decade. Iin Argentina  he developed and led investments as president of DOW CHEMICAL ARGENTINA in the petrochemical area, where it was  modernized and expanded the petrochemical complex in Bahia Blanca in the period 1995 - 2001 with an investment over one billion dollars.
