Simulation and process automation systems
Josa Scorza, Gonzalo N.M.
Electronics Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires.
1998-2002 - Telefonica de Argentina: Department of Engineering data networks.

Summary:
The challenges currently facing the process industry worldwide, required to achieve the highest standards of production to improve competitiveness, minimize resources and maintain / raise production levels. To meet these requirements, it is needed to substantially improve the quality of automation projects, shorten time they demand and accelerate the commissioning of the plants. This points directly to improve efficiency of the entire workflow: engineering, simulation and commissioning. Additionally, the skills of the operators must be guaranteed at the start time, so as to exploit at a maximum the productive capacity from the opening minute. In this context, the simulation of process and automation systems takes a leading role in the life cycle of a production plant.
