Summary:

The need for mankind to use the incident energy on the planet for all its activity replacing the one that was stored for long periods of time, poses a challenge for all branches of science and technology.
For the comprehensive coverage of capturing solar energy that the biosphere has,  it is a very important source of all kinds of energy resources. The large-scale use taking into account environmental, social and environmental aspects environment requires a comprehensive systemic approach.
Thus the new research programs connects to bioinformatics the cloning of genes, genomics, biochemistry, geochemistry and many other inclusive specialties. The central points to develop are focused on:

Develop new crops studying in depth the aspects related to the biology of plant development and agronomic requirements and constraints of its sustainable production.
Discover and design enzymes and microorganisms capable of degrading and transforming different types of organic molecules.
Develop scalable processes for conversion of biomass sources in new fuels and products with high added value.
To study the factors and interactions of all the developments in those aspects related to environmental, economic and social sustainability.
As an objective, it seeks to expand the type of usable biomass as well as the territories in which these new sources can be multiplied and harvested efficiently.
During my presentation I will make a presentation on the strategy pursued by the Department of the United States at the federal level on this issue and will develop some of the products and achievements to date, as well as the characteristics of a center of reference in order to discuss how our country can join the race for knowle
